Pharma smirks slightly at Ratchet. Of course he's read anything -- Pharma wouldn't expect anything less than Ratchet keeping up on surgical literature, and Pharma likes to think that Ratchet might have a special interest in reading his work. They'd worked together plenty in the past, overall.
